December 21, 2023.- The security meeting has closed the device for the ‘La Legend Continues’ motorcycle rally, which will be held in Cantalejo between the next days of January 11 to 14 and which includes routes to Turégano and Sacramenia.
The meeting, which was held in the auditorium of the Cantalejo City Council, chaired by the Government’s deputy delegate, Marian Rueda, was attended by the mayor of Cantalejo, Ana Rosa Zamaro; the provincial head of Traffic, Pedro Pastor; the Civil Guard and representatives of the Motoclub ‘The Legend Continues’, organizer of the event, as well as the Junta de Castilla y León, the Provincial Council, the Red Cross and the Civil Protection of Cantalejo.
The Government’s deputy delegate pointed out that “this meeting has finalized details of the security and traffic device to prevent any situation of risk that may occur during these days and to be able to offer the fastest and most effective response possible, if necessary”.
Thus, the meeting analyzed the programming of events that includes the concentration (concerts, conferences, tastings, tributes, excursions…), to provide the most precise security measures. We have also studied the routes that the participants will carry out during the Motera concentration.
The Civil Guard will establish controls to ensure safety and that participants can enjoy the event. Blood alcohol controls will also be established to prevent anyone who has consumed alcohol from taking the wheel, to prevent traffic accidents.
In addition, the Red Cross will collaborate with the ambulance service and with volunteers.
