December 18, 2023.- The Rope of the Well reservoir currently contains 197,759 cubic hectometers of water, 79.49 percent of its total capacity amounting to 248,776 cubic hectometers. Last week it contained 196,226 cubic hectares, 78.88%.
Last year at the same time, this reservoir of the Douro river basin collected 97,952 cubic hectares of water, 39.37 percent of its capacity.
The average daily output of water is currently 15.00 cubic meters per second. The water balance of the week was 1,533 cubic hectares.
The rainfall recorded last week in the reservoir area reaches 6.10 liters per square meter.
