October 27, 2023.- The City of San Pedro Manrique is the last of the Soriano consistories that has approved in plenary session a project that has a financial grant included in line 1 of the Program of Impulse for the Rehabilitation of Public Buildings (PIREP) of local entities promoted by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (Mitma) and incorporated in the Plan of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience (PRTR).
The Official Gazette of the Province has today published the corresponding plenary approval of the Sampedran City Council of the implementation project called “Rehabilitation Social Center of San Pedro Manrique”, drafted by the architect Ignacio Beltrán Fernández, which has been the subject of a grant of 205,123.68 € from the local PIREP.
The City of Almazán, in turn, has an aid of € 1,305,991 from the local PIREP for the project of “Sustainable integral rehabilitation of energy efficiency of the town hall”. In particular, the improvement of the thermal envelope in exterior and interior facades is proposed, as well as a treatment of thermal gaps and bridges. As for the facilities, there is a trend towards the elimination of fossil fuel in both the heating and hot water systems, replacing it with systems for the use of renewable sources, aerothermal heating with radiators and air conditioning, and biomass boiler with pellets for hot water. In addition, the electrical installation is adapted to current needs to allow consumption monitoring and remote control of the building. An energy-efficient and remotely managed building is thus achieved.
For its part, the City Council of Villar del Río approved in plenary session of September 11, 2023, the revised project of the work called “Rehabilitation of the municipal building in use for medical office and pharmaceutical medicine cabinet” to which a grant of 152,926 € was granted in the Local PIREP; project drafted by the architect Raquel Frías Cabeza.
In turn, Las Aldehuelas has an aid of 187,000 to develop a cooworking space in Valloria, in an old disused ship that will have rooms with different dimensions and divided by means of curtains.
The PIREP Local del Mitma is framed in the PRTR and is intended to help municipalities to improve energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, ensuring the reduction of more than 30% of non-renewable primary energy consumption, accessibility, habitability and conservation of the institutional public park.
In the first, line 1, which has already been resolved, the building must be rehabilitated and the works received before September 30, 2024.
In the community of Castilla y León there are 61 actions subsidized under line 1 of this special program. In Spain, 405 projects will be financed, and 15% are in Castilla y León, with an aid of more than 36 million euros.
