July 31, 2023.- The Rope of the Well reservoir currently contains 140.128 cubic hectares of water, 56.33 percent of its total capacity amounting to 248.776 cubic hectares. Last week it contained 144.823 cubic hectares, 58.21%.
Last year at the same time, this reservoir of the Douro river basin collected 121,824 cubic hectares of water, 48.97 percent of its capacity.
The average daily output of water is currently 8.00 cubic meters per second. The water balance of the week was -4,695 cubic hectares.
The rainfall recorded last week in the reservoir area reaches 6.90 liters per square meter.
