The National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC) 2021-2030, updated on 24/09/2024, establishes the objectives for 2030 of 81% renewable energy in electricity generation, 48% renewable energy on total consumption, go from 115GW of 2020 to 214 GW of total installed power in the electricity sector: 62 GW wind power, 76.3 GW solar photovoltaic, 26.6 GW combined gas cycles, 14.5 GW hydraulic, 4.8 GW solar thermoelectric and 3.2 GW nuclear. 18.9 GW of storage (pumping and batteries) and 12 GW of installed power in electrolysers for the production of renewable hydrogen, foreseen in the “Hydrogen Road Map”, are also foreseen.
This section provides the renewable electricity generation parks planned in Castilla-La Mancha and whose authorization falls to the State, through the General Directorate of Energy Policy and Mines (power greater than 50Mw and intercommunity), being able to consult its main characteristics, affected TTMM, promoter and status of the file.
