Object of the request: Request for prior administrative authorization and declaration of environmental impact of the photovoltaic solar plant El Castillar Solar, of 80,165 MW of installed power, for its hybridization with the wind park El Castillar, of 70 MW, and for a part of its evacuation infrastructure, in the municipal area of Algora, in the province of Guadalajara. Expte. PEol-FV-053.

Description of the Facilities included in the file:

- The EL CASTILLAR SOLAR photovoltaic solar plant, with 80,165 MW of installed capacity, located in the municipality of Algora, in the province of Guadalajara, for its hybridization with the 70 MW El Castillar wind farm (PEol-219).

- Underground evacuation lines at 30 kV that connect the plant with the El Castillar 30/132 kV substation.

- Expansion of the El Castillar Substation 30/132 kV, located in the same municipality, to include the evacuation of the new plant.

The El Castillar substation (original project) and the rest of the evacuation infrastructure up to the point of discharge to the transport network, in the substation “ST Fuentes de la Alcarria 400 kV” of REE, is not part of the scope of this dossier, by sharing and taking advantage of the infrastructures of the wind farm “El Castillar” (exp. PEol-219), as well as other facilities already built and operational.
