Toledo.- José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, president of the Government of Spain between 2004 and 2011, will give a conference on Friday, March 7 in Toledo within the events organized by the Delegation of the Government of Spain in Castilla-La Mancha for 8M, Women's Day. The event will be held in the Paraninfo Church of San Pedro Mártir, will be attended by the government delegate in Castilla-La Mancha, Milagros Tolón, and will be led by the journalist Enrique Sánchez Lubián.
José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero will talk about “20 years of progress in Equality”, as it marks the 20th anniversary of the Comprehensive Law against Gender Violence, a pioneer in Europe for its comprehensive approach. The entrance will be free until the capacity is completed.
Austrian Navy, at the Greco Museum
In the morning, Milagros Tolón will present at the Greco Museum the micro-exhibition “Austrian Navy. Women and power in the Golden Age”, which can be seen until June 1. The government delegate will be accompanied by Rosa Becerril, director of the Museo del Greco.
