Toledo. The General Secretariat of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports has resolved the granting of 2 million euros to Castilla-La Mancha in aid for the realization of applied innovation and research projects and knowledge transfer in Vocational Training in the year 2023.
In Castilla-La Mancha there have been 26 training centers benefiting from this resolution and 5 companies or entities.
It is a call in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union, Next Generation EU, with a total amount of 29,986,534.87 euros for the whole of Spain.
In total, 257 beneficiary projects in which 659 vocational training centres supported by public funds co-participate with 324 companies or entities to generate, share and mobilize knowledge, products and resources of social and economic utility. Each project involves at least two VET centres from two different autonomous communities and one company.
The payment of the aid is a maximum amount of 50,000 euros for each of the vocational training centers participating in each project, this maximum being 20,000 euros in the case of companies or entities.
Since 2019, the Spanish Government has allocated a total of 55.5 million euros for 414 Vocational Training innovation projects.
