Albacete.- The open day ‘The Open Administration’ was held this week in the Subdelegation of the Government in Albacete with public attendance. An activity framed in the Open Administration Week and which served to publicize the activity of the Subdelegation, the program ‘The Administration near you’, the services of the National Geographic Institute and the Telecommunications Inspection and to commemorate World Meteorology Day.
The event was programmed with specific objectives such as making the attendees aware of the possibilities of using the Citizen Folder, the PAG (General Access Portal), the permanent CL@VE and the Digital Certificate. The operation of the Cartographic Service of the National Geographic Institute, the functions of the Telecommunications Inspectorate were also explained and the future of time, climate and water through generations was addressed, on the occasion of World Meteorological Day, by AEMET personnel.
The open day was attended by university students, collegiate professionals and citizens in general, who were able to interact with the various participants and collaborators of the event. Among them were the deputy delegate of the Government in Albacete, Miguel Juan Espinosa, who was in charge of welcoming the event; the head of the Office of Assistance in Matters of Records (OAMR) and Office of Information and Attention to the Citizen (OIAC), the head of the National Geographic Institute, the provincial head of Telecommunications Inspection or the meteorologist of the Area of Diffusion and Information of AEMET.
The day was a unique opportunity to get to know first-hand the activity of the Government Subdelegation in Albacete and to interact with the various services offered to the citizen.
