Albacete.- The Government Subdelegation in Albacete has scheduled, for this Thursday, March 22, an open day, framed in the Open Administration Week, which takes place nationwide between March 20 and 24. This event, open to all citizens, aims to publicize the services and programs offered by the Government Subdelegation in Albacete and will also be used to inform the work of other agencies and units, such as the National Geographic Institute or the Telecommunications Inspection. In addition, coinciding with the approaching World Meteorological Day (23 March), AEMET will also disseminate its performance.
The day will begin at 9.30 a.m., with an approximate duration of four hours between all the scheduled talks, and will be attended by the subdelegate of the Government of Spain in Albacete, Miguel Juan Espinosa.
Specifically, this day will detail what the program 'The Administration near you' consists of, which provides citizens with information on the online procedures they can carry out with the General Administration of the State; in addition, the operation of the Citizen Folder, the General Access Portal (PAG), the Program 'First Experience in the Administration' will be explained and the permanent CL@VE, the Digital Certificate to the attendees will be processed. It will also discuss how it is developed and works with the Cartographic Service of the National Geographic Institute and explain the functions of the Telecommunications Inspectorate.
In addition, World Meteorological Day will be commemorated, due to the proximity of date, in a talk in which the future of time, climate and water will be discussed through the generations, with the participation of a meteorologist from the Area of Diffusion and Information of AEMET.
The day, which will be held in the assembly hall of the Subdelegation, is intended for university students, collegiate professionals and the general public and is free to enter until the capacity is completed.
