Toledo.- The subdelegate of the Government in Toledo, Carlos Ángel Devia, has presided over the meeting of the Master Plan for Coexistence and Improvement of School Safety in the Educational Centers of Toledo.
The meeting, which was aimed at the analysis and balance of the activities carried out by the Civil Guard and the National Police Force in 2022, was attended by the National Police inspectors, Óscar Sánchez-Portal and Miguel Ángel Jiménez, the captain of the Civil Guard, Antonio Manuel Nadales, and Mar Torrecillas, from the service of the Technical Inspection of the Provincial Delegation of Education of Toledo.
The session took stock of the activities carried out during the past year, in which the Security Forces conducted a total of 618 informative sessions in a total of 111 educational centers in the province at the request of the teaching teams.
In addition to the briefings, the heads of the Master Plan of the Civil Guard and National Police Force in the province of Toledo have held 141 interviews with the staff of the educational centers and AMPAS, in order to maintain a fluid communication channel and learn about the concerns of the school community about the problems of coexistence and security that could be detected.
The subdelegate of the Government in Toledo, Carlos Ángel Devia, has described as satisfactory the level of activity developed by the Security Forces and Corps around the Master Plan in the province of Toledo.
On the other hand, it has stressed the importance of continuing to carry out informative sessions on Gender Violence, since it considers fundamental for the eradication of these crimes, awareness of equality from the earliest ages and the detection in educational centers of male chauvinistic behaviors, taking advantage of these informative sessions with schoolchildren.
In the balance of activity, it has been shown that the correct and safe use of new technologies and bullying hoard the largest number of informative talks demanded by the school community.
In addition to the informative sessions, during the past year the Civil Guard and the National Police Force carried out more than 20 complementary activities such as exhibitions, exhibitions, visits to cantonments, etc.
Both the Civil Guard and the National Police have very positively valued the procedure for unifying requests for information sessions held by educational centers through the Government Subdelegation with the presentation of a unique format, which has contributed significantly to streamlining and facilitating their management.
Carlos Ángel Devia has reiterated his congratulations to the heads of National Police and Civil Guard of the Master Plan in the province of Toledo, for the institutional recognition granted to their work by the Regional Government during the Teaching Day, held last November in Cuenca.
From today, February 6 and until the next 10, a phase of intensification of activities of the Master Plan in secondary and baccalaureate schools against retail traffic will be carried out with the aim of reducing the supply of narcotic substances, especially among young people.
