Tomelloso (Ciudad Real).- The Minister of Territorial Policy and Spokeswoman of the Government, Isabel Rodríguez, announced today that thanks to the work being carried out by the Government, together with the public administrations of Castilla-La Mancha and the City of Tomelloso, "I can share with you that we have already drafted the project of 'modernization' of the N-310 road and in 2023 we will move forward in it."
“A project that, thanks to European funds, is going to become a reality”, the minister highlighted during her visit this afternoon to Tomelloso, where she visited the N-310 and met with her mayor, Inmaculada García.
Among other improvements, in the N-310 pedestrian walkways will be installed, there will be new parking areas, bike lanes, vegetation and gazebo: “New actions to facilitate the lives of neighbors and merchants, and have been achieved thanks to the effort and work of the mayor of Tomelloso,” he acknowledged.
More government investments in Tomelloso
The minister also recalled that the investments of the Government of Spain in Tomelloso are not only reduced to the modernization of the N-310, to the 13 million others will be added, such as the EDUSI funds in the city, “to modernize and transform Tomelloso”, the funds for the digitalization of its City Council, in total, 30 million euros of investment.
Therefore, Isabel Rodríguez, “Tomelloso, and all the municipalities of Spain, have the support of this Government to continue changing the lives of its neighbors and neighbors,” has finished her speech.
