Albacete.- The subdelegate of the Government of Spain in Albacete, Miguel Juan Espinosa, has positively valued the implementation of the Plan ‘The Administration near you’ in the province of Albacete, after the first two months, November and December, of operation and that has reached 15 locations in the province of Albacete.
The deputy delegate of the Government attended one of these first sessions, “It is a project –has deepened Espinosa-, with which the Government wants to promote and strengthen social and territorial structuring and equal opportunities” in Tarazona, and, together with this municipality, in November, this Plan was also presented in Balazote, Bonete, La Gineta, Yeste, Bogarra and Madrigueras
In December, this plan, whose objective is to inform citizens of the procedures and benefits, accompany them, guide them to a better use of the Administration and combat the digital and territorial gap approaching citizenship, has also been presented in Socovos, Nerpio, Alcaraz, Ossa de Montiel, Riópar, Elche de la Sierra, Liétor and Alcalá del Júcar.
The next locations planned to hold an informative session of the Plan ‘The Administration near you’ this January are Ontur, Munera, El Bonillo, Motilleja, Fuente Alamo, Higueruela, Hoya Gonzalo, Mahora, Casas Ibáñez, Peñas de San Pedro, Villamalea and Villalgordo del Júcar.
The plan is aimed at municipalities that have between 500 and 8,000 inhabitants, so it will benefit 54 municipalities of Albacete, which represents 62% of the localities of the province.
The electronic certificate and the permanent Cl@ve are the access options to the Administration’s catalog of digital services, among which the Citizen Folder stands out, an application in which you can consult personal data such as working life, prior appointments, information on procedures, pending notifications or status of pending dossiers, in addition to receiving notices and alerts.
They are also the tools that allow interaction with the electronic offices of various bodies, together with the letter of electronic services of the Subdelegation itself, with various procedures that can be managed telematically, including requests for various administrative authorizations, emergency assistance, services specifically aimed at foreigners and the issuance and homologation of academic degrees.
Among the most requested consultations are those related to dealing with procedures with the digital administration or Social Security.
The subdelegate stressed that the objective of this initiative, which is born with a desire for continuity, is “basic to reduce the digital divide and strengthen social and territorial cohesion, bringing the Administration closer to the neighbors and neighbors of our peoples to guarantee equal opportunities for citizens regardless of where they live”. Espinosa has also recognized the support of the municipalities, “collaboration is fundamental to disseminate the plan and, in this way, that it is useful to the greatest number of people.”
