This grant is intended to help the Spanish returnees for the extraordinary expenses derived from the return, when insufficient resources are proven at the time of requesting the aid.

LEGISLATION

Royal Decree 1493/2007, of 12 November, approving the rules governing the direct granting of aid to meet the situations of extraordinary need of returning Spaniards.

DOCUMENTATION NEEDED

Application form, responsible statement and account designation Completed and signed, together with the documentation indicated on the back of the application.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Within nine months immediately after the date of return.

• Telematically through the Ministry's electronic headquarters.

• Personally in the Work and Immigration Area of the Government Delegation C/Vargas 53 tenth floor.

• Registry Assistance Offices: Attention to the Citizen and Registration
• Official Registers of the AGE, of the Autonomous Community, Acceded Municipalities or any other that establish the current provisions
  Check with the registry of your choice if you need to make an appointment. In the Office type, select "General information and registration" and indicate your postal code.
