The processing wages are those amounts that the worker ceases to receive while in court proceedings, against the decision to terminate his employment relationship and the judge declares his inadmissibility. Both the company and the worker in case of business insolvency, can claim these amounts from the State through a prior claim request addressed to the Labor and Immigration Area of the Government Delegations.
