The Civil Guard of Cantabria will establish next Thursday and Friday, 4 and 5 September, a special security and traffic device on the occasion of the celebration in the Autonomous Community of the 12th Stage of La Vuelta a España, which will take place between Laredo and Los Corrales de Buelna; and the 13th Stage with departure from Cabezón de la Sal and arrival in Asturias, to the Alto del L’Angliru.
The 12th stage of the Cycling Tour to Spain 2025 through Cantabria will pass through twenty-two municipalities of the Autonomous Community and will force to cut six links of the A-67 and A-8 motorways and different autonomous roads along the route that the cyclists will perform.
The stage, number 12 of the race, will have a route of 144.9 kilometers and will travel through the municipalities of Laredo, Colindres, Voto, Riotuerto, Limpias, Bárcena de Cicero, Rasines, Ramales de la Victoria, Ruesga, Arredondo, Liérganes, Penagos, Saro, Santa María de Cayón, Villafufre, Santiurde de Toranzo, Puente Viesgo, Villacarriedo, Arenas de Igueza, San Feliz de Buelna and Corrals.
The stage, number 13, will have a route of 202.7 kilometers and will pass through four municipalities in Cantabria, having exit from Cabezón de la Sal and passing through the municipalities of Valdáliga, San Vicente de la Barquera and Val de San Vicente. This stage will force you to cut two links of the A-8 and different autonomous roads along the route that the cyclists will perform.
