Renfe has surpassed the 38,000 free subscriptions issued in Cantabria to travel in Neighbourhoods and Media Distancia since January 1 of this year. These subscriptions can be purchased at any time during their period of validity.
Of the total number of titles issued in Cantabria, almost all (37,254) correspond to subscriptions to travel the nucleus of Neighbourhoods and Neighbourhoods Metric Width, while the rest (779) correspond to subscriptions of Medium Distance.
Nationally, Renfe exceeds the 2 million free subscriptions issued to travel in Vicinity, Rodalies and Media Distancia during the first four months of the year.
Of the total number of free multi-travel titles issued by Renfe, more than 1.4 million correspond to subscriptions for travel in the different centres of Neighbourhoods, Rodalies and Neighbourhoods Wide Metric, while Medium Distance subscriptions exceed 500,000.
To speed up the purchase of subscriptions and avoid unnecessary waits, Renfe recommends obtaining them through the Renfe Proximity app or, in the case of Media Distancia subscriptions, through the web www.renfe.com. To do this, the customer must be registered in advance.
