The Government Delegation in the Canary Islands has today observed a minute of silence before its island headquarters after the confirmation as gender violence of the murder of a woman in Alicante.
The delegate of the Government in the Canary Islands, Anselmo Pestana, and the subdelegate of the Government in Las Palmas, Teresa Mayans, accompanied by the insular director of the General Administration of the State in Fuerteventura, María Jesús de la Cruz, have observed the minute of silence before the headquarters of the Insular Directorate, in Puerto del Rosario.
For his part, the deputy delegate of the Government in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Javier Plata, has participated before the headquarters of the Subdelegation of the capital of Tenerife.
