The Delegation of the Government in the Canary Islands has today observed a minute of silence before its seven island headquarters after the confirmation as a case of gender violence of the murder of a woman in Huelva.

The Government delegate in the Canary Islands, Anselmo Pestana, and the Government subdelegate in Las Palmas, Teresa Mayans, participated in the event before the headquarters of the Government Delegation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, while the Government subdelegate in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Javier Plata, has been in the Government Subdelegation in the capital of Tenerife.
