The Government Delegation in the Canary Islands has today observed a minute of silence before its seven island headquarters after the confirmation as a case of vicarious violence of the murder of a five-year-old girl in Murcia.
The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, and the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy, Arcadi Spain, have observed the minute of silence together with the Government delegate in the Canary Islands, Anselmo Pestana, at the headquarters of the City of El Pinar, where they have traveled to meet with representatives of local administrations to address the migratory situation that the island of El Hierro is experiencing.
For his part, the deputy delegate of the Government in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Javier Plata, has been before the City Council of the capital of Tenerife together with its mayor, José Manuel Bermúdez.
