The Government, through the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts and its General Secretariat for Innovation and Quality of the Public Justice Service, has convened a selective process for 24-seat free turn access in Asturias, out of a total of 1052 seats for the whole of Spain.
In Asturias there are 8 places for Procedural and Administrative Management Bodies (288 for the whole of Spain), 8 places for Procedural and Administrative Processing (406 for the whole of Spain) and 8 places for Judicial Assistance of the Administration of Justice (358 for the whole of Spain).
Of the total, three of the 74 places allocated for the whole of Spain have been allocated in Asturias to the reserve quota for people with disabilities with a degree equal to or greater than 33%.
This call, which has been negotiated with the trade union representatives present at the Sectoral Table of the Administration of Justice, corresponds to the Public Employment Offer (EPO) of the year 2023 and was published in the BOE on February 1.
The selective system is that of opposition and the examination, according to the published bases, must be carried out within three months after the publication of the announcement. The interested parties have a deadline of 20 working hours to submit the application for participation, until February 29.
The required qualifications are university degree for the Procedural and Administrative Management Corps, baccalaureate for the Procedural and Administrative Processing Corps and graduate in ESO for the Judicial Assistance Corps.
The call will be held jointly throughout the national territory, according to its territorial distribution, between the management scope of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts and the autonomous communities with competences assumed in personal means.
