The delegate of the Government, Delia Losa, met this morning with the president in Asturias of the Spanish Association against Cancer, Yolanda Calero, and with its vice-president, Carmen Fernández. The meeting was also attended by the heads of areas of the Government Delegation, Sabela Quintas and Enrique Rodríguez Nuño.
A meeting in which the board of directors has presented its actions and projects, and in which the delegate of the Government of Spain reiterated the support of the Government of Spain to the association and thanked its work of accompaniment to cancer patients.
Delia Losa has highlighted the impulse that the Government of Spain is giving to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, with the renewal and expansion of the technological park of the National Health System that is being carried out through the INVEAT Plan and the European funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
