Zaragoza.- La Government delegation in Aragon It has opened a way of collaboration with business organizations and social entities in charge of managing the care for migrants in Aragon, to facilitate the incorporation of these people into the labour market.
At the working meeting, chaired by the government delegate, Fernando Beltrán, with representatives of the business organizations (CEOE and CEPYME) and the entities in charge of the reception of migrants in Aragon (CEPAIM, APIP-ACAM, ACCEM, Obra Social Santa Luisa, Red Cross and YMCA), issues related to the labor insertion processes of this group have been discussed.
The representatives of the business organizations have shown themselves very receptive to this collaboration, given the difficulties they encounter in the recruitment process and the need for manpower they require, with very diverse profiles. With special emphasis on the depopulated areas of the Aragonese community.
The entities present have reported on their experiences of working in the management of the humanitarian emergency and, in particular, of the socio-labor insertion. And the difficulties encountered in some procedures have been identified in order, with the collaboration of all, to solve them.
