The Government Delegation in Aragon expects the incorporation in the coming weeks of two new animal health inspectors for the province of Huesca, following the resolution of destinations of the National Veterinary Corps published recently by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. These two new officials will join the one already serving today, and will allow a reinforcement in the service of inspection and issuance of export certificates to third countries, with high demand in the eastern part of the province.
The Functional Area of Agriculture of the Government Delegation in Aragon had already been providing this service since January in the eastern area of the province of Huesca, through two officials displaced from Zaragoza. The identity and physical checks are carried out in the LAME (Authorized Local for Export Goods) existing in the Intermodal Terminal of Monzón (TIM), located in the Polygon La Armentera of the capital of Cinca Medio.
The incorporation of the two new exclusive officials for the province of Huesca will allow to continue providing this service on a regular basis, and to incorporate new inspection points in the eastern regions, as the demand arises for the implementation of the new logistics projects planned to outsource agri-food exports to third countries.
