PUBLIC INFORMATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STUDY OF THE NEW FOREST DEFENSE PROJECT OF EL PEDROSO (SEVILLA)
In compliance with the provisions of article 36 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment, the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) has agreed to submit to public information the Environmental Impact Study of the New Forest Defense Center of El Pedroso (Seville) for a period of 30 working days, counted from the date of publication of the announcement in the Official State Gazette (BOE No. 164, dated 11/06/2020).

AESA acts as the substantive body to authorise the project. The promoter is the General Directorate of Management of the Natural Environment, Biodiversity and Protected Areas of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development of the Junta de Andalucía, as an administration competent in the prevention and fight against environmental emergencies caused by forest fires.
During the period indicated, claims can be made
- Before the Directorate of Airport Security and Air Navigation, of the State Aviation Security Agency - Avenida General Perón, nº 40, 4th floor, 28020 Madrid
- Before the Government Delegation in Andalusia, Plaza de España – Torre Sur, Seville
- In any of the forms established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
