It indicates that the processing of public information is mandatory for:
•Article 78: Administrative authorization of storage, regasification, transportation and distribution facilities.
•Article 77 the aforementioned facilities will be subjected to environmental impact assessment when required by legislation (article 36 Law 21/2013) and for this purpose, the public information referred to will be carried out in the phase of administrative authorization.
•Article 96: Application for recognition of public utility.
•Applications for administrative authorisation and recognition of public utility may be made in conjunction with a single public information procedure in this case.
