Red.es have launched three calls in just 8 months and currently live together in parallel allowing all those companies with less than 50 employees and that meet the required requirements to apply for help.
The first call is aimed at companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees, the amount of the aid is € 12,000 and the deadline for submitting applications will be open until March 15, 2023. The second call is aimed at companies between 3 and less than 10 employees, the amount of the aid is € 6,000 and the deadline to apply for it will be active until September 2, 2023. For its part, the third call, with an aid of 2,000€, is focused on companies between 0 and less than 3 employees and will remain open until October 20, 2023.
Beneficiary companies will be able to use the grants in a catalog composed of up to 12 solutions: website and internet presence, social media management, e-commerce; customer management; virtual office services and tools, business intelligence and analytics, process management, electronic invoicing, secure communications, cybersecurity, and the two new digitization solutions that were added with the modification of the base order in July 2022: advanced internet presence and marketplace. The grant period is less than 30 days
Under the motto “zero papers”, Red.es has designed a very innovative processing system using robotization tools and automated artificial intelligence that reduces the bureaucratic burden, decreases the number of documents to be submitted and shortens the concession deadlines. Currently, if the application is correct, the concession period is less than 30 days.
The company will be able to request the help without providing any documentation. It will be sufficient for the entrepreneur to authorize Red.es to consult ex officio the requirements and obligations required to obtain the status of beneficiary, safeguarding transparency and legal certainty.
In addition, in order to facilitate access to the aid as much as possible, the figure of the “voluntary representative” has been enabled, that is, that any third party is a natural or legal person, duly authorized, can request the aid on behalf of the company.
The Digital Kit Program has a budget of more than 3,067 million euros, financed by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU funds, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the Digitalization Plan for SMEs 2021-2025.
