The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, traveled to the island of El Hierro, “to visit, listen and transfer issues that have to do with the migratory phenomenon”, and reiterated during his visit to the island that “the best solution for the co-responsibility of all territories is the modification of article 35 of the Law on Foreigners”.
