The Government will communicate to Aragón today “the opening of the procedure provided for in Article 33.2 of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court (LOTC) to open a period of dialogue and redirect its law” that repeals its previous regulations on democratic memory.
This was communicated by the Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, at the press conference following the Council of Ministers, to open a negotiation before going to the Constitutional Court.
