The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory has concluded three new agreements on laws in which there were competitive discrepancies. These agreements relate to public service, with the community of Andalusia; measures to deal with the drought, with Catalonia; and on the cybersecurity agency with the Basque Country.
With these three, in barely half a year of the 15th Legislature, the Government and autonomous communities have obtained 28 final agreements, which avoid resources of unconstitutionality.
During the governments of Pedro Sánchez, the number of challenges of the State to autonomous norms has been significantly reduced, going from 106 before to 36 remedies at present.
The average number of annual agreements with the autonomous communities is 52, almost double the 30 annual average agreements with previous governments.
