The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, visited the municipality of Castro Urdiales (Cantabria), where he met with its mayor, Susana Herranz, and members of the municipal corporation, and later visited the works of the archaeological site Flavióbriga.
Ángel Víctor Torres stressed that Castro Urdiales is the first municipality he visits as Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory and that he will always be close to the local reality, “of local administrations, which respond first to the problems and concerns of neighbors. This is the first door that a neighbor first knocks on, that of the mayor, that of the councilors, to resolve an adverse situation. We have talked about issues such as registration and reflecting the objective reality of each of the municipalities.”
