The Minister of Territorial Policy and Spokeswoman of the Government, Isabel Rodríguez, congratulated the CCAA of Extremadura for “unlocking the complexes and assuming leadership in the energy field. We are in a moment of opportunity and we have to keep looking to the future.”
“This first stone symbolizes Spain’s contribution to Europe’s strategic autonomy,” he said.
Isabel Rodríguez, who traveled today to Trujillo (Extremadura), to attend the presentation of the works of the Diamond Foundry factory, highlighted the Spanish Government’s commitment to a cleaner industry in our country, because “Spain decided at a time that it wanted to look to the future and then we bet on renewable energies and when those bets were made some doubted, but others believed in it”, highlighting that in the end time has given them reason, since “that belief is being confirmed as a success that gives opportunities to territories like this factory. Today’s industry has to be sustainable, strategic, clean, open to the world, looking at the planet and looking at people, because that way we’ll get more opportunities.”
