The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy, Alfredo González, announced today that the City of Santander, despite being one of the municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants that did not submit an application within the deadline, will receive 644,973 euros of the Recovery Plan for modernization projects: “We did not want, under any circumstances, the lack of diligence of the City Council to be paid by the citizens, therefore, we have rushed all the options so that Santander also receives funds for the digitalization of its local Administration.”
