The Minister of Territorial Policy and spokeswoman for the Government, Isabel Rodríguez, stressed that “this Government has managed to manage the structural changes without ever abandoning the planned reforms.”
The minister has cited the economic consequences of the war, the pandemic, philomenes, damage, fires with terrible consequences, difficult situations in which we have always responded and from which we have learned important lessons that we must not forget: “The main one, the importance of the public, the hallmark of this government and the union you represent, the defense of the public and the strength of the health system.”
The minister, who has closed the International Summer School of UGT Asturias, recalled that “there was another crisis where the slogan was we lived above our possibilities”, which resulted in health cuts that this Government had to reverse in order to provide the means to a strong health, “because health is the most important thing we have”.
