The Minister of Territorial Policy and spokeswoman for the Government, Isabel Rodríguez, stressed that “today is a day of joy because we are once again breaking a new record, and it is many months in a row, when we have fallen from the three million unemployed, something that has not been achieved since 2008. This trend that had allowed us to reach the 20 million employed is therefore maintained.”
The minister added that, “since the labor reform, they are stable, quality jobs, which respond to the vital projects of workers. Today is a day to celebrate this data and an incentive to continue working for our country, to look for new initiatives, and the City of Jerez and its mayor, like so many municipalities in Spain, give us a hand and are a good example of it.”
The minister expressed herself this way, after visiting the City of Jerez, where she met her mayor, María del Carmen Sánchez, and the municipal government team, to learn about the projects financed with the European funds managed by the municipality.
Only with the funds managed by the Ministry of Territorial Policy, Jerez de la Frontera will receive 792,772.77 to finance cybersecurity projects.
