In September, the Ministry of Territorial Policy reached agreements with Catalonia, Aragon, the Valencian Community, Navarre and the Balearic Islands on eight rules on which there were competitive discrepancies.
Since the beginning of the 14th Legislature, a total of 77 total final agreements and 5 partial agreements have been reached.
The agreements of September, as in previous months, were reached by opening a negotiation process promoted by the Ministry of Territorial Policy in the bilateral cooperation commissions, through article 33.2 of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court, an instrument legally authorized for collaboration with the autonomous communities.
