The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, and the President of the Government of Aragon, Javier Lambán, have signed the agreement of the Teruel Investment Fund (FITE) 2020, with an investment of 60 million euros to promote the creation of an area of competitiveness necessary to overcome the socioeconomic peculiarities of the province of Teruel and favor the generation of economic activity. A total of 16 million euros is added to this amount to optimize all resources from previous years to reach 76 million euros in budget.
In Calamocha (Teruel), the minister stressed that the signing of this agreement demonstrates the connection between territorial cooperation and social cohesion and the importance of a territorial policy aimed at creating “the minimum common understanding” that allows public administrations to communicate and collaborate.
