The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Francisco Hernández Spínola, has chaired the meetings of the Sectoral Conference on Public Administration, where all the autonomous communities participate, and the General Negotiating Table of the Public Administrations, where the autonomous communities, local entities and trade unions are represented.
The Secretary of State informed the representatives of the territorial administrations and later the trade union representatives that the draft Law of General Budgets of the State for 2021 will collect a salary increase for employees and public employees of 0.9%.
