The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, stressed in the session of control to the Government in the Senate that it is necessary to update the Anti-Transfuguism Pact to take it "to the legislative sphere" and thus end "with a scourge" that must be "banished" from a democratic system.
In response to the senator of the PSOE, María Victoria de Pablo Dávila, recalled that this week the commission of this branch was reactivated in Congress with the adhesion of 22 parliamentary forces and the commitment to renew the operation of the pact to adapt to the new circumstances.
He has also assured that the Government of Spain is determined to convene the Dialogue Table with Catalonia: "This Government is committed to making politics the vector that allows us to redirect coexistence."
