The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Function, Carolina Darias, has expressed her desire to reform during this legislature the Law on Rationalization and Sustainability of Local Administration (LRSAL), to improve the capacity of local entities in the care of people, and the modification of the Law Regulating the Bases of Local Regime (LRBRL), to promote local autonomy.
