During the telematic inauguration of one of the courses of the program ‘Talent Acquisition’ promoted by the Ministry and held from the University of La Laguna, the Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Function, Carolina Darias, has stressed that, without the institutions and without the State “we could not give the answer as we are giving” to an “unprecedented” situation.
