Preliminary draft of the Basic Law on Government and Local Administration

The CNAL, as days before they analyzed the Sectoral Conferences of Public Administrations and Local Affairs, has studied this preliminary draft law that, soon, will be approved by the Council of Ministers and will be forwarded to the General Courts.
