Thanks to the development of new technologies, and taking another step in the measures of the Concilia Plan, certain officials have been able to develop part of their working day at home, with results evaluated by the head of unit and broadly fulfilling the objectives foreseen

Greater possibilities for public employees to reconcile work and family life

Teleworking does not reduce working time or the quality of it, but offers greater possibilities for public employees to better organize their working day, achieving the same objectives and allowing them to reconcile their working and personal life.
