Use of field Region/Autonomous Community

In order not to dismiss third countries it would be advisable for coordinators and authorities of a national nature not to fill in (in the address) the data of Region / Autonomous Community (as national authorities their location in one or another CCAA is irrelevant to the authorities of third countries).
