This fund responds to the increase in the material and human costs of the works contained in that agreement approved in 2022, which after the evaluation of infrastructures by the Commissioner for the Reconstruction of the island, Héctor Izquierdo Triana, has revealed the economic injection for Palma. The State assumes 50% of the funding, the other 50% between the Government of the Canary Islands and the Island Council.
Since 2022 work is being carried out with the agreements and their modifications for the pending infrastructures, all the necessary documentation for the processing and approval of these 6,191,932.15 euros, referred to above, was sent by the Council in this month of June 2025.
