Tasting of local Canarian products as the basis of a volcanic gastronomy, Cheeses, Wines , Gofios, Mojos Sicilia, Delicias de la Huerta, etc…

This 38th edition saw the presence of a hundred Canarian companies in the sector, attending this fair, thanks to the support of the Government of the Canaries through the Canarian Institute of Agri-food Quality (ICCA), Rural Environment Management (GMR Canarias) and Proexca, with the participation of the seven island councils and the General Directorate of Fisheries and the Special Commissioner for the Reconstruction of the island of La Palma, Héctor Izquierdo Triana.

The fair received the II Cata-Meeting of Ambassadors of Canarian Wines, with the presence of former students of the Course of Ambassadors of Canarian Wines.

The brand Volcanic Xperience, organizes with the General Directorate of Fisheries the activities aimed at Canarian productions and cuisine, under the title "Volcanic gastronomy".
