In this visit, the progress in the recovery works in Los Llanos de Aridane was valued, the Commissioner said, "These infrastructures will mean an improvement in the quality of life of the citizens, who will be able to recover in some way what the volcano took from them."
Héctor Izquierdo, the Commissioner for Reconstruction of the Government of Spain, said that the aid agreement between the governments of Spain together with the municipalities “is being carried out satisfactorily.”
