Data Protection Clause

The personal data provided in your request will be processed by the GENERAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROMOTION OF DEMOCRATIC MEMORY, responsible for the processing, for the purpose of managing inquiries to dossiers and the reception, response and archiving of contributions in the procedure of declaration of places of democratic memory.

The legal basis is that the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller (Article 6.1.c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and/or for the performance of a task of public interest or in the exercise of public powers (Article 6.1.e) GDPR, and in Article 8 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Protection of Personal Data, Right 2019
