The Official State Gazette (BOE) is the Spanish national official journal dedicated to the publication of laws, provisions and acts of mandatory insertion. Its editing, printing, publication and dissemination is entrusted, under a regime of functional decentralization, to the State Agency Official State Gazette.
La Gazeta de Madrid, was an official periodical published in Madrid from 1697 to 1936, replaced in practice by the Official State Gazette.
The Gazeta, as a search tool, offers the provisions and news published in the official newspapers before the current “Official State Gazette” published from 1661 to 1959.
