Seminar on the Spanish republican exile in Russian lands structured around six panels that allow us to address the role of exiles, both in the Soviet Union and Russia, and in Spain, in fields as different as scientific and technological, military and espionage, sports, artistic, academic, translation or literary. It also addresses "the children of war", with the presence of their protagonists and descendants, either from the pages of their memory books, or live. The seminar is accompanied by a bibliographic exhibition with funds on the different aspects of exile found in the Miguel Delibes Library of the Cervantes Institute in Moscow. The inauguration is attended by the acting Minister of Justice, Dolores Delgado, for whom Spain "has a historical debt to the fighters and the fighters for democracy, who were forced to leave almost everything behind in order to save their lives."
